Im not sure if this was talked about yet or not. I think we should have a menu to choose from for GM skills we have aquired. For instance Papa Smurf Grandmaster Alchemist if I have it GMed I can choose it from a menu and I can change it to any of my GM skills whenever I want.

That's not really sphere-ish tho, and we are trying to replicate sphere to a certain extent. However we do change certain things "away from the sphere way" if the players likes it better that way, so perhaps you should make a poll and see what people think.

The only downside to that in my eyes is that good people can "hide how good skills they have" without joining a guild and choosing a guild tag.

For example if some guy with a lot of skills but without a guild would try to pretend to be a newbie these days he'd have to join a guild and change guild tag to hide "grandmaster alchemy", since if somebody has that skill and aren't in a guild then nobody would believe he's a newbied, at least not "a new guy to the shard"; after all people can have GM alchemy and still be newbies when it comes to PvP, some people just never learn ;p
