This only works if it's a UO macro you replace it with. You can't set a razor macro to F1 and overwrite the UO help shortcut.
If you don't have an F1 button in your Macros tab under Options, in the box under Keystroke hit F1, uncheck shift, alt, and ctrl, then in the box under Actions go all the way done and select none. Now press Apply and close the Options window. You shouldn't get the help window anymore.
I just did this and when I pressed F1 my guy said "Turn Left". So I pressed the F-Lock key on my keyboard (which I do anyways for my razor macros) and now I don't get the help menu.
