Is the list of stackable items that maka gave here accurate?

Items:
All potions
Daggers
Bandanas
SkullCaps
Robes
Shoes

In that case, wouldn't everything other then the potions have a chance to be exceptional?

And what about this post by maka here;

I r did it already Everything seems to have worked out though, and I also made sure that there was stacking validation code for most things.

Such as hue, quality, name, accuracy level, damage level, protection level etc etc. Hopefully, wrong items would not have been stacked together and no one will have lost their cool colored bandas cause they were stacked with the regular colored ones

I'll leave the poll active though. This is something I'd like to do every month or so, to keep item count down

If this is still accurate, the way I read it is that you can stack weapons (note where he says accuracy level, damage level).

I know the post dates are a little old so is it accurate or was the final decision that you can only stack potions?
