Maybe this answer already came up so don't hang me if it did...

I think the problem with statics and multi leveled buildings is it wasn't possible to set a z region (height), only x (length) and y (width) regions. This means if there are 2 rooms ontop of each other then if you buy one you can also go in the other.

Would be cool though... buy the whole building and rent the rooms out!
