Listing som things that comes in mind:
The ingot selection thing on blacksmithy craft menu could be made to have that ingot type selected you dclicked or targeted to bring the menu up. Or make it possible for player to choose (with command of some sort) which type of menus he wants to be shown - the AoS like or sphere like. (I know, I ranted on this before, but this thing seems to be quite annoying.)
The next one is minor bug (or feature): elvenbows when dclicked to equip also truns your char south east and closes bankbox if it is opened and you arlready aren't facing SE.
Also I don't see the neccesity of provocation skill asking which instrumnet to play if you have one in backpack, even if there are more instruments in backpack, who cares which one you play - you are going to provoke two dragons not to give some preformace in concerthall!
The fourth thing to mention is that I would like to see monsters that use hiding/stealth when idling and attacks when hidden with ranged weps if someone comes too close. Or may be that npc kind is already implemented and I just haven't happened to stumble upon them?
