I'm not quite sure what's going on here. I thought I fixed it last time, but I checked back and it was sitting still again doing nothing. If I respawn it, then it will start going through its waypoints normally.

I tried turning on Smart Spawning for now which might help since it will respawn when someone comes near for the first time in a while.
