I'd have to guess that he got unbanned for the same reason other people have been, we like to give people another chance. I didn't ban nor unban him, so if taran wants to answer the question more precisely, he will.

He already got his second chanse...

First he steals Alper Tungas character. Gets an other chance, he admits he's been multiaccounting and gets banned. After a little while he steals my ex-guildmates account, gets banned again. Now he's unbanned and he gets his account back. It would be really intresting to hear what the responsibles of this has to say.
