What the point in this ? If you think thats going to promote action, then u'r wrong. Cos that way just noone will trade with murderers, why the hell they would need it? Risk your money/stuff or just find some blue guy instead? What would you do?
Also it will force some people to stay blue (Especially new pvpers, who raised skills already but doesnt got much supplies yet) get max 4kills and then stop, cos otherwise they wont be able to buy/sell anything from players... And i think we need more reds here, cos - more reds = more action.
Your idea wouldnt really help, people still can find a ways to buy stuff without any risk. For example, if i wanted to trade anything i would just make blue mule/trader and transfer my stuff on him... So i think this suggestion is pointless

I want to have interaction between blue's and red but not in a save place like the Pits. If people want to buy from a Red guy then they should go outside guarded area to trade.

The vendor mall is not social at all.. and the reason that people wont trade with murderers is because they are not to be trusted. therefor if you want to be a murderer you should not have the luxury of going to a save place to earn money and to trade items!
