You really think that it is impossible for all staff to agree to a member who is present at the event?
If you think that it is impossible that all staff should agree on something as simple as this, I think that never there will be serious this server. If we want to make a server serious and important members of staff have to engage in this kind of stuff.
It is not hard to ask a staffmember to host for 30 minutes somewhere in the week. But think of as you are the staffmember. You have a specific date that you host a tourney. Saturday 21:00. First three times you are there. Then a friend calls you, hey you want to go drink some beer? And then you want to be able to do that without having to host. Especially because you dont even get paid to host tournaments.
