I agree with all your ideals but I think that more should be done apart from these changes, for example:
-Monitor some staff-players (many people are suspicious of their impartiality).
-Make mandatory weekly tournaments always at the same time so that events are more mass (to publish a timetable on the web with the days and hours of the tournament).
-Putting more animals and monsters spawn at different sites and that no one is aware that all these players can access them (add Llamas and zostrichs of colours) (if some players know the spawn from the first day they are placed, the other players do not have access to them).
-Open other worlds to give more breadth to the game (Ilshenar, Bad Tokuno and all its cities).
-Open new quest to find new items, not only do quest to tame animals.
-Add new items for decoration to the server, to decorate homes more beautiful.

This is the humble opinion of a player who sees things from within, not trying to criticize or correct anything, just looking for improvement from this server lately because I see no good progress .

1. this is done, monitors staff as good as we monitors players. along with separate comand logs for all staff and speech logs etc. uo players are always suspicious because uo have been followed by cheating staff the past years.

2. a suggestion about this have been brought up (http://www.in-x.org/forums/showthread.php?t=4261)

3. no comment as i do not know how it will be in the future. or that much about how it works now. Maybe some other staff can give you this information.

4. opening the other continents would only make the server feel "even" less populated. As it would only spread out the player base even more. Would also take time from the other suggestions like hosting if we need to spawn a new continent and fix regions.

5. New quests are under alot of work (especially the new weapons quests) (they are priority 1)

6. ALOT of new items are being discussed to be added to teh diffrent crafting proffesions, including teh ability to Recolor some of the current craftable items.
