This is a 24/7 UO shard, wich should be "guarded" 24/7 by Gamemasters
What I mean about this, the gamemasters should not only help people with items or housing or bugs, but also try to lure people into "quests/party killing" (entirely for fun etc.)

We do not want to spam "PVP in ocllo PVP in decite PVP in destard PVP in brit bridge etc for several reasons. Regarding the answer posts etc, thats prio 1 as a game master. Prio 3-5 somwhere is to host events. PVP events are hosted quite regulary, while other events take more time to prepare and therefore force the hostign staff to spend alot of time both before the event take place and specially during and after.

The Pits.. Its a good idea to have a pits where people can meet eachother, but the stupid thing about the pits is that trading is not possible. So we have the Vendor Mall..My opinion about a Vendor Mall : It is not social at all! People do not interact anymore with eachother. Try to sell weapons or potions in town,, you simply get ignored 9 out of 10.

Trading have been disabled in pits because taran and a few other staff and players did want players to be forced to move out of pits to interact aka trade.
A vendor mall do have some downsides. Yes but also alot of upsides. Helps alot in the trade between diffrent players. Sure it could be removed but vendors would still exist around the world. And thus this problem id say is more about active players. (eventough i do not totally agree that it is impossible, as i have both sold and bought from players in ex. britain)

The playerbase.. I started an movie competition, and hardly anyone is responding or interested, the reason I tried to start a competition is to try to get more people on this shard.. but this looks like a failed mission for me..
I thought by having a really cool movie(commercial) on Youtube, maybe people would be interested in joining IN-X, but the problem is that we dont have an really good movie(yet)

Yet, i know some staff have taken some really awesome ingame "footage". Also i know that a smaller version already is up on youtube from Ginz. search for INX.

[B]The forums.. they look boring and for the last 24hours alsmost nobody posted anything in the General forums.. If you are active in game you should also post sometimes on the forums, just to keep things alive

24 hours and almost no new posts in the general section?
erhm i see plenty new posts, also its a workday. my problem is that there are too much post to filter atm i would not call this an issue. Also alot of ur playerbase are spanish and therefore have toruble reading the English section of the forum.

The pvp/2vs2 games.. They are fun indeed.. for "enhanced" players.. for new people it is a NO GO area... I think that there should be a different type of game to lure people from all level of skills into! How about a massive Hunt just outside town without PVP or looting eachother is a perfect idea! This way people interact more with eachother, and then people are less bored!

Some events like these have been held, we do also have the monthy champion. Also read above my first reply to your first question/statement.
Also I would not say that the regular PVP events are a NO GO AREA for "newbies" as we have had alot of CTF (2 teams) and 1v1 repl tornys (2 teams) as these give you a 50% chanse to win and get a prize. Along with bow fights, wresling and ffa events.

But ya the Events have been less and less and we are aware of that aswell, and I along with alot of other staff feel that this have to improve. So that is one thing i think we both agree on
