There named pvp rewards because they can only be won in tours ex Tour ticket and team tour ticket (only from pvping events)

There not not only handed out to the top pvpers, there are team events such as ctf reps team ffa's and some more that ive forgoten. Also there's no reason why a noob can't get team tickets from winning tours all you gotta do is pratice pvp instead of everything complaning about it on the forums. It's quite a profit a tour depending on the players. It's also quite fun id like to add
