I know we discussed this in the past, not sure why we didn't get around to scripting it though.

I just added a neutral shield (heater shield).
It has slightly less armor than the chaos/order shield (30 instead of 32) and you must be in a neutral guild to use it. Other than that it has the same requirements, meaning you have to get 10k fame first.

Oh and the server has to be restarted before we can add them.
