The easiest way to make mining private and efficient for your status, is to buy a 44k home (small home) and find an unoccupied mine to settle near. Bring yourself some Occlo, Buccaneers Den, or Serpents Hold runes, as well as a britain rune, just incase you ever decide to change your status again. Bring needed equipment with you for your ventures in the mines, and bring a couple recall regs with you, and a rune to your home, or elsewhere. Do not leave your runes locked down outside. Bring Polymorph regs with you aswell, so you can increase your load capacity while mining. Recall when you are done, store/bank, continue. Making it even easier for you, would be to buy training equipment from Cochise or Skorp (Ministry). They sell Small, large forges, as well as anvil's in their vendors downstairs in the church of britain.
