People forget that FS scrolls hit harder and for less mana than they do here, no average PvPer would live through an FS scrolling by 2 players on IN1 unless the 2 were inept.
Maybe at the end of IN1 with the crazy GH scrolls and all the best PvP guilds having left it could have been something like that but there is a reason IN1 died, do you really want to emulate its lowest point?
GH scrolls didn't always heal the monsterous amounts of health they healed towards the end of IN1s life, they used to heal 25-30 for a long time before a scroll made by a member of staff with high skill accidentally got out into player's hands.
I'm sure staff will look at it and see what they can do, my point is that people aren't really thinking through what they are asking for - if you nerf weapon crits and buff GH scrolls then you'll be back to square 1 of no one dying 1 vs 1 just in a slightly different flavour.
