Here are the problems that are not related to the PvP itself:
1) We were all put under the impression that if enough people (whether its a majority or even just a large group) believed a change needed to be made, that some change would be made to at least some degree. This issue, however, has probably the biggest gap in voters (only 30 percent voted to keep it the same), yet few to no changes will be made.
2) Us "INers" were promised that the entire world and "feel" would resemble IN, with a few bits here and there from XUO. However, that turned out to be very untrue, just because of some opinions that it should be changed. Again, if everything from IN gets to be changed based on opinion, then why not change the PvP, especially when a vast majory - almost a Super Majority - feels it should be?
