theres nowhere for anyone to prectice this if theyre a newbie. Every other skill can be practiced guarded but mining cant. As it is I've already come across an afk stripminer and 3 mines that have 2 or 3 miners and someone guarding them and also have been pk'd wallmining 3 or 4 times outside guard protection. If there was no guarded mining area then the guilds would control mining rights and no newer players would stand a chance at mining.
