I agree with many of Kokane's points especially about making weapons other then ruin, and the occasional of might weapon available on more monster spawns. The only place I have seen any weapons other then those are on the Guardian of Destard which spawns like every hour or so and is camped so hard people who don't roll around with 2-5 people can never acquire its loot.
