I think anything above a force level wep should seriously hurt someone who is naked. Elvens should lose their flair though with any armor above shadow, I think. That could force people to wear decent shit when ganking, or just risk it and go naked since they expect elven bow ganking anyway.

Consider the elven the answer to the ability to dump and gank while naked.

I tested the elven out and it does seem to do a lot more damage then it should on people wearing like shadow armor etc.
