This shard has the weirdest idea for 1v1 duels I've ever seen, I've never seen arenas so small and without line of sight barricades (but I guess that's just the style). I don't think anyone has any right to speak against ganking, PVP is all about killing so if you kill more people and have more fun doing it in a group then who cares. In the end, if you leave town with your pretty armour on and you get spanked by 5 people it's your fault for not a) being good enough to kill them or b) knowing how to get away
