I always liked player made/ran towns. Get a bunch of people to start throwing houses in a large but specific are, turn them into shops and bars or something along those lines, allow pvp here but have the region set to block spamming and certain words. Make it record the offenses and the 3rd time would = 30 minutes of jail time and everytime after that the sentence doubles.
I like the idea of rpers having their own town that exists and all but I really think it should be on us to take it over or create one. Once we dominate certain areas maybe we can seek a little staff assistance to make it more rp friendly but I dont want the staff to give us an area to be happy at.

Now getting back on topic. If someone was willing to plan this player run town I would be willing to help.
