If a roleplay city doesn't happen then I suggest stricter rules that deter players from harassing roleplayers.

We can't enforce stricter rules if we do not get reports, and to some extend, proof. Sadly, staff members do not have the time to follow people around if we do not suspect bad behavior, we need help from you guys with that part.

Something that could be discussed is to give staff member speech log access, so that they have an easier time finding out what really was said at what point.

I personally think that the best option is to fight the spam, at least long term. I can understand that it's not that nice right now, being a RPer, with people around you ruining your in character experience. I just think that it would be better for the future of the server to actually integrate ourselves than to segregate.
