What are you using to spar with? You should use the fastest weapon, like dagger or butcher's knife. Are you hitting your target as fast as possible? There aren't times when your char is standing still?
GMing fencing for example, should only take 24 hours.
Just to let you know, this is how I macro, and I JUST hit gm fencing. I use a couple of daggers, a bunch of small sheilds, a ton of bandages, and I am naked. I have been macroing almost literally 24 hours a day. I set it up on sunday night-ish and have been running it almost constantly since. My friend and I attack eachother, he uses a butchers knife, and I use the dagger. Like I said, I JUST GMed fencing before coming to work.
We attack eachother, we heal eachother when we get below a certain health, or we heal ourselves. Thats pretty much it, other than that, there is no downtime. It is running probably 99.02% of the day. I go to bed its running, I wake up, its running, I goto the gym and come home, its running, I leave for work, it is running. He is hitting as fast as the game allows. Yet I just GMed fencing. I mean no disrespect, honestly, this is just how it is.
Thanks,
