well that file would be the uo.cfg
You will need to open it with notepad to edit it.
It is found by going into your uo folder, dclick destop folder, dclick account name folder, dclick shard name folder, dclick character name folder and poof there is the uo.cfg file.
I think you need to make sure that this line looks like this: ClientFirstRun=no
Or it could be the line: ShowIntroAnim=off

One of those should fix it. Just make sure to edit the line correctly, make them look as I have and all should be fine. Do not do this with uo open though as I have experienced problems from doing so.
