The colored horses is a cool idea horses, Not mustangs. 60 or 75 is a good level for the skill.
Problem is how would you tell the difference from a stang and a horse. (Cuz you could name them Mustang)
Second is there even a difference other than a mustang is colored ? I thought a mustang would atleast have a little more str / hp or somthing...
So with this idea id say you have to make them unable to change the name of the Horse and make them weaker than mustangs. so Stangs still have a value.
The dye tub idea would make mustangs less valuable.
I think we are on a good path here with taming
Are there any other good uses for taming other than rides / pack animals ? Or rare animals to find and make statues or pets out of them ?
*Idea - Tamers quest - the quest for the (Red)-Cougar or something along those lines to shrink for a statue or make a rug out of or use as a pet.
(different quests for different skill levels)
Just throwing out ideas. As if you didnt already have enough to do.
