If you really want to go through with this idea, start spawning horses at easy to get to locations with unique hues that needs 60 animal taming to tame. People love colored mounts, and only a tamer will want to increase their taming to 60 to be able to tame them.

I would buy a red'ish colored horse for ALOT, but they would have to be rare
