I actually like the general idea as people could run around and stock up a vendor with horses and llamas.
Maybe increasing the prices on vendors would be a better option though. Right now horses are 550 gold, so bumping it up to say 800 would give room for players to make a profit by selling them at the current market price, undercutting the npcs if they were to charge more. This would probably make alchemy a little more profitable as shrink potions would have a higher demand.
Lets see what a few more people think about this and go from there. Though the more of the economy handled by players, the better.
