You don't quite yet it yet I'm afraid :[ The final beta goes live on October 27th. No players will get to "train their skills in advance". What they're saying is that the shard goes live in beta stage, on october 27th, but the skills u macro during that beta won't be "lost", the beta will "transfer" into the final release as soon as we've fixed the last few remaining bugs, after the players has reported them :]
