While i would be right after Horacio in signing onto the housing agent program i do not believe that to be viable. It would simply be unfair that only a handfull of people are allowed to make/edit custom houses. And i imagine that new players who come to the shard after we have been live for a while will think so too.

I also am not a fan of porting people to GA so they can build their house there. It doesnt make sense that you need the help from GM's to build your house. Especially in a RP perspective.

Id rather see that we can all make our own houses. And still find a way to avoid empty lots. Id prefer to see a very narrow time window in which you can build your house. Something like 6-12 hours at most.
