I just really hope that the immature players so harshly outnumber the rpers that it chases us all away. Sure I had to deal with idiots everytime I rp'd, but seriously if there are 15 rpers and 60 ignorant kids running around causing rpers nothing but headaches, well what do you think is going to happen? The thing that made it work on in1, at least how I see it, is that we all had respect and we all cared about the shard. We weren't a bunch of idiots running around talking "leet" because we thought it made us look cool, we actually wanted the shard to grow and have a mature enviroment while still having fun. It wasn't a simple balance for some, but most of us loved it to death and wouldn't have ever changed it.
I just see so many hardships ahead for rpers but I don't want us to give up. I just beg that the staff keeps us all in mind when adding features and such as to where we will not have to alter our rp or change our stories.
Anyway, I just hope that some things are set in stone to give a general idea for the non-rpers as to what they can and cant say and do. Obviously you cant cover it all, and we will all have to have some tollerance, but at least give us that! afterall, we already have to work around spamming, well at least I have to, because my character wouldnt dare use such a tactic that the worthless humans created to compinsate for their weaknesses.
Maybe I am hoping for too much, but I would really hate to see all the rpers split because they cannot enjoy rping here.
and i swear im gonna beat the first person who says "omg redskin!!11! dood hows u get that sheet?!?!" this is the kind of crap that makes it such a pain. I know im repeating myself but I hope its kept in mind that we are all here to have fun and rping shouldnt have to be work for us. There just needs to be something said about rp that will ease up the bs we will have to deal with.
Im pretty tired and am not thinking clearly but I hope I got my point across without being a jerk about it.
oh magus, jessica alba is so ugly. lol those were good times man, but now everyone knows what button to press to get you to duel. Just hope I am around to save you like I used to.
I sure am glad to see the interest in this topic though, I hope we can all bring back a great rp enviroment while others show that the shard will have a straight out pvp side too. Hopefully we wont be fueding too much and can work together, no matter where we came from, to help the shard in certain ways.
