I thought I would post this to show everyone what has been done and what still needs to be done.
Done since Beta 2- Complete itemwipe
- Built a casino near Britain
- Added several gambling scripts to use in the casino
- Added several other scripts and also fixed some bugs
- Tweaked some stuff to mimic Sphere
- Transferred named and colored static items from IN:R
- Moved frozen areas in GA to other places in the world
What still needs to be done before Beta 3- Fix the rest of the bugs on the buglist
- Transfer accounts and characters from IN:R and XUO
- Transfer generic items from IN:R
- Check for economic flaws such as loots, sell rates etc
With that said, I still don't have an ETA for when Beta 3 will be up. Please just be patient, when I have more information I will tell you.

people keep talking about waiting around and players leaving, but i dont really see it like that. sure, it was a disappointment that inx didn't come up when it was supposed to, but most people who came to check it out then will come check it out when it really IS up. If they like it, they'll play, if they don't, they wont, right?

Look, even if just 2 players would show up when we're out of Beta I wouldn't care that much.
We (staff) are all doing this because we want to keep the IN/XUO spirit alive. I'm positive that this shard will be great once it's up and running for real, and even if we just have 2 players in the beginning the numbers will sure grow quickly once they realize what an awesome shard we have built

If it's as 51a as promised, people will come. i'm sure there are a lot of people playing on other shards, killing time, waiting. most of the shards out there are osi-like and gay, the orginal shpere play was and will always be the best!!

It's going to be awesome, people just dont subscribe to the forum but they're reading threads - they're just bored of having 50 forum account's they don't remember the password of - once the shard is up there will be a lot more action
