Today we begin our first scavenger hunt that will last until Easter Day (April 24th).

All monsters have a chance of dropping Easter Eggs. The chances scale up based on the difficulty of the monsters. The eggs vary in color, roughly a dozen different shades.

So collect as many eggs as you can, starting now!!!

Of course if it was just a contest to see who could get the most, it would simply come down to who has the most time. So to balance it out a bit, there will be a luck factor thrown into this contest. On the 24th I will only count one specific color of the eggs... lets say, and I'm picking this totally at random, green. So whoever collects the most green eggs and gives them to me will win an awesome prize.

To participate in this contest:
Please keep all the green eggs you collect in a single bag either at your house or in your bank.
Include a book with your name as the author and the title should read Egg Hunt.

Legal Disclaimer:
All green eggs in your entry bag will become property of Shade and will not be returned.
Shade hereby has the right to do whatever he wishes with said green eggs.
If you wish to keep some green eggs for yourself, do not put them into your entry bag.
By not placing green eggs into your entry bag you hereby grant Shade ownership of them.

Just to clarify some confusion:

This contest is for Easter Eggs only. Any green eggs that are cooked, fried or broken will not be accepted.
There are several shades of green and they will all be accepted, however the aqua colored ones do not count.

Been busy most of today but finally tallied up the scores and here are the top 3 winners.

Everyone who found green easter eggs will be given a reward and the top 3 will get additional prizes. Prizes will be given out later today.

And no, you don't get the green eggs back. They are mine, all mine! The rest are yours to keep for deco, trade or what have you.

I had the absolute worst luck when it came to green eggs. Blue on the other hand, I had something ridiculous like 50+ before I trashed them all.

In retrospect, I should have made a temporary easter vendor that accepted easter eggs as curency.

Yeah after collecting and sorting them all I thought to myself, why didn't I just make a npc to do this.. Would have been awesome if people actually followed my request of having them in a bag with a book though.
