i don't think statics are for guilds only, im pretty sure anyone can buy em. just that its rare for someone to get that much gold so thats why it may of seemed it was only for guilds.

(seeing as how i wasnt an inr staff, i maybe be wrong, and statics may be only for guilds, but thats not the case from what i understand)

No, your right, You could buy a static alone without being in a guild, it was just hard getting enough money for it.
