I'm stil in for moving there. I still don't have the time yet, I'd probably need about one more week or 10 days until I could start. I also haven't checked the map or the cities, I can go with whatever you guys decide. As for the roles, I suck in PvP, so that one is out for me. That being said, I could be a hunter, which I am also not amazing at but I have a good time doing it, or I could be a miner/BS, or LJ/Bowcrafter.... It's also up to what you guys choose for yourselves. I'll try to keep an eye on this thread until I can join you on the shard.

My time is fairly limited, although I am often around computer my focus is not. If I do join I won't be PvP, hunting will be rare and limited. I'll more than likely be crafting/gathering. But right now I got a few personal projects in the works, kids/family and dreams of building a new PC, so I'm sort if waiting for the PC before I bother reinstalling UO and all relpor files needed.
So it'll probably be a few weeks away before I jump on board, plus that will also allow me to see how the shards works out after the hype of the launch is over.

Hey all! Good to hear from you guys.
So far it appears we have Myself, Aeo, Gaust, & Bensa starting out on Launch day with Orion starting a bit after Launch & Ayeleth Payne possibly starting a bit after launch as well. It also appears we have a couple undecides to this point. I know we had others that expressed interest in the other thread so we will wait until tommorrow afternoon and then maybe we can all get together here in chat later on tommorrow night for a bit and possibly sign on to run around and check out the world. I'm getting excited for the launch. Should be alot of fun.

FYI i will be getting on Rel Por in an hour to check some more things out if anyone is interested in joining me
I'll hop on Jeremiah, but as for launch day I work on that day so I maybe will get a few hours in around 10:30 est. But will be a hunter for the guild houses and will make the alt for mining/lumber.

Hi All! Rel Por's Beta has been taken down until launch Friday. Aeo and I were able to run around a bit tonight and check things out. Pedran does appear to have a good size mining area within the city. We located a dungeon we can get started at near Pedran but we will need probably at least 4 of us to take it on as newbs. There are also some things to kill roaming the forests near Pedran if there is only a couple of us on. I'll continue to check back to see who is going to be starting off at launch with us and/or headed to Rel Por in general. Maybe tommorrow we can get on chat and talk game plan.

I just made there a character, my nick is Iluvatar. I didnt meet there anyone in the beggining city lol. Is there the server status to see how many players are online? Btw how to set there skills and stats on beta server?

They took down the beta server last night to prepare for launch. Glad to have u on board though. The next time to play will be launch on friday.
I tested out Rel Por for a bit last night before they took down the server, seems fun. Couple things I fount is, all must party to hunt together or will become a criminal when one tries to loot the others kill. Full plate armor decreases dex around 20+ minus the shield, if you want a to be a full armor character. Shard looks like a fun place.
