Just want to make sure I have it clear... please GM weigh in here to help... and anyone else who cares too.

Buying and selling donation items is illegal and punishable by jail, however killing someone for their donation item is not...

This seems pretty one sided... it gives yet another advantage to pvpers who are already rich with nickles. Not saying you shouldnt be rich with nickles, what im saying is that we have in place walls that ruin the game for everyone who doesnt strictly pvp.

RP items are completely safe...
There shouldnt be items that are completely safe. This is a no-brainer yet it persists.

Lastly on a personal note, I notice the playerbase is dropping, I just lost my buddy dogis, and now I cant even RP in game without getting harassed (by the staff who should be protecting role play itself, not worthless rp items).

It used to be fun for everyone here so I know its possible to do, but a lots changed since those days... I can only guess that these changes were made in hopes of sustaining the shard but I am here now to say that focusing all the attention on pvp and taking everything away from all the other aspects of this game is ruining it for a lot of us.

I'm on the side of Lamby on this one.

If part of his RP is deception and playing the role of a thief then the act of telling another player to hand over a blessed item is part of this deception. The player should be skeptical of Lamby and not hand over the item. By the GM intervening we are basically saying that players shouldn't worry about being deceived in game because a GM will protect them.

This is how players gain their reputation. Lamby wants to have a reputation as a manipulative thief. His guild name (Bandits) announces this. He should thus be allowed to pursue this and players should be wary of him.

btw in game my character considers Lamby an enemy because he killed me while i was afk training taming.

From what I understood it was an RP shroud and you are not allowed to steal roleplay items. Even if you manage to steal it somehow you can't use it anyway since it's for a roleplayer. And since the roleplayer got that as a reward for roleplaying it's not meant for anyone else.

See, John Falstaff gets it exactly cause he is someone who knows about and is trying to improve RP here...

Question- why is buying/selling donation items illegal in the first place? I would think someone could do whatever they like with something they paid for.

I have to agree with lags, if that person wants to waste their money imo they should do whatever they want with it

Lamby this is just disappointing. I am shocked how you portrayed the situation. This saddens me.
