Is it just my impression or it keeps going down? I have been playing for about a week and the first few days it was in the 160s, then it dropped to 140-150 and now it's 120-130. Is it just the nice weather or what?

It dropped for leading up to and including easter, now seems to have stabilised and even increased on average from the easter break.

Well, earlier this morning it was 129 which is the lowest I have seen since I have been here. Now it is back to 139.

It's bouncing up an down, gotta figure it's easter, it's upcoming finals for a lot of students so it's crunch time for them, there's a lot of things that effect the population, we need another drive to get members, like another skill week so we can get another 50-60 bodies in here and retain them

oh... I stopped checking status. Last time I checked it was 180-200.

There's different reasons for this. We stopped avertising on Top200, Easter holidays, finals etc. Plus the interest for UO goes up and down. We got a huge boost when we advertised and the rumor spread, around 20-30 online players were completely new. Some might have moved on because this server wasn't for them (not AoS, no fizzle etc.).
Once we get the new PvP changes in and everything has been tested we will probably have another skillgain weekend and advertise again to get a new boost in players.
