Nice Work!
Though I noticed when you click the banner at top of the forum it takes you back to the forum home page instead of the main website home page. It used to take you the the home page of main website which was handy, not sure if this was an intended change or not.

Har har! That's the first thing I noticed. I shrugged it off. I noticed there's a link at the bottom so it wasn't a big deal to me. Plus, you can click on Server Status and access the homepage from there.

Yeah, you'll notice a lot of stuff that doesn't do what it used to do.

All the templates are reset back to default after the upgrade, so I'll have to go in and make the changes again.

I guess I'll post my changes here as I go along.
Changed the banner to redirect to the home page as it used to.
Re-added google Analytics script to footer
Removed Facebook "Like" buttons as they were causing some load time problems, plus noone really cares to publish their forum posts to FB anyway.
Enabled vB_Datastore_Filecache to speed up load time and lower CPU impact.
I think I got rid of the problem with the side-bar content not updating also.
Disregard, it's set to update on a set interval and serves a cached copy in the meantime. There's an option to disable this, but the settings state in no uncertain terms not to do that, so I won't. ;P
I need to re-optimize some of the more prominent images to lower page load times still.
Also, this not being able to quick-edit is pissing me off. I need to find out what's causing that.

Everyone who has been having problems with the quick-edit button can now edit normally.
I forgot to update the .css.gz and .js.gz files after the forum update so it was using old stylesheets and javascript with the new version of vBulletin.

The edit posts in groups threads doesn't work, you can go in to edit it but none of the buttons work (the save, go advanced and cancel buttons)
Also noticed when you go advanced the smileys don't insert when you click on them, can put them in manually still though in posts (group and normal forum)

Did you try clearning your browser cache completely? (Ctrl+Shift+Del for FF and Chrome) If that doesn't work, let me know.
Also, what smileys are you talking about? I think it may just be me or my settings, but I don't see the editing or smileys bar anywhere while editing a post and it's been like that for ages.
