GM's should buy back guild banks
people should have to bank in town. All guild banks do is keep people sequestered in their guild compounds. They never have to leave. Guild banks should only be aloud for player built towns.
but there are also other consequences.
- less traffic in cities
- less people identifying with a city
- takes away incentive for guilds and large groups of people to create their own cities
- gives unfair safety to reds. Red players should have to bank in bucs den or another unguarded city.

Most "legitimate" servers that I have played on have had some form of bank access from a house.

Good idea, I do love our guild bank but it does sort of break the fun of banking in red towns.

No leave it in. Guild houses are for having guild members together. That's hard without bank access.

What will change? all it is easier to access stuff from the bank rather than recalling with your stuff to your house, and this way PK's can catch some people with tour gear/regs etc again

agreed, that and them bloody bank boxes for 300k, remove one, gotta remove the other too. more city traffic would be awesome for a "active-shard" feel

If anything this will cause more interaction in general not just for PvP but for RP because they have to be at the city banks now to get resources etc. It encourages everything to a plus side for the server
Any staff comments on this? Looks like it's in favor of the idea to remove them anyways

Dude I understand you're eager to see this change implemented, and personally I don't really care either way, but calling a 10 post thread favour to see an idea implemented in a 200+ player shard is ridiculous.

No I understand I would just like to see what staff have to say for it, although you can't expect all 200 players in game to have forum accounts I foresee only about 1/3 of the shard population having active forum accounts who take part in votes and discussions etc.
