I have a couple questions, wanted to see if you could help.

Are we allowed to have 2 accounts for IN?
- I've looked over a lot of information on the site, but haven't noticed anything about that.

Will updating the client/static files for use with IN effect gameplay if I also play on other servers as well?

Also, when editing my profile, changes to do get saved; when I click 'save changes', it seems to only refresh the page w/out saving anything; any ideas?

You are only allowed 1 account, that's stated both on the rules page and in the FAQ

Yes updating the client files will also affect other servers you play on. You can solve this by either backing up your current files or just copy your UO dir and use the copy for only this shard.

I think Eru is messing around with cache handling for the website, that might be why your profile doesn't get changed at the moment.

Should be fixed now. Looks like the forums count as html for caching/expires headers and not php. *shrug*
