I think it would be better to remove Google +1 button at the bottom of page as there is the same button at the top of page. OR just make bottom button floated to the right side.

Weird. For me it's floating to the right-side of the screen on Chrome and FireFox. 0_o

Hmm...really weired. I'm use latest versions of Firefox & Chrome
In Chrome it's exactly the same -

Weird. I might just get rid of the facebook/Google +1 buttons, actually.
They don't really do much and it adds fractions of a second to load time.

Yeah, you're right. It's adds about 3 seconds total to total loading time. So if nobody or almost nobody use it - just disable it! I think it's right way
