why can't people use other peoples reward smith hammer? i mean i GMed the skill i tryed to let silverwolf use my hammer so he can repair his weapon and he wasn't able to equipe it. Can we allow this please?

I think it's so someone doesn't train a skill twice and then sell their noobied reward item to someone else.
