This all sounds pretty true to me, This isn't the first time Shade has done things like this, so i am not surprised at all.

And i also agree if these players are banned/leave the server will be dead again.

Ok first of all, I did harass Ronald, but I have also harrassed other players, why does ronald recieve special treatment, and why does a staff come to his rescue as soon as this happens? Why am I not allowed to swear at him? His RP is to call me a puny human. I can RP too... by telling him to fuc k off?? Thats my right. Again, what i was jailed for then,,, is different from now, which is unfair, you cant just jail me for one thing and realize you made a fool of yourselves and get another reason. Badmouthing back is ok if he still roleplays. If he says stuff like "stfu", "noob" or stuff like that it's not ok.

Who is being driven away? I find that that argument is an over exaggeration, No one is being driven away. We are playing UO we all know trash talking is an important part of UO. It creates arguments, we need arguments, we need flavor, but jailing like this is just stupid. Why does Ronald get special treatment, what about the noob in minoc that I flamed? If you didnt jail me and just posted on forumn that I harrassed ronalds and used logs to support your arguments, your case would have been stronger. But the staff reacted on impulse and executed the jailment improperly.

Clearly he was being harassed and was doing a good job of blowing it off. Whether or not it bothered him is irrelevant, it's whether the staff member sees it as harassment, which it was. The spamming 6-7-8 times of the same thing and the name calling was what did it. He was obvious not interested in doing what you wanted him to, left the situation and was followed and harangued again...

You guys need to learn that line and not cross it. I've been harassed before and keep getting followed and you're damn right I'm going to flip the switch on you and report it. It says clearly in the rules section not to harass players and that was CLEARLY harassment. I'd say take a look at the rules and find another way to "provoke" people because the way you go about it (at least in this instance) is dead wrong.

Flavor? Calling someone homo and noob isn't flavor. Now I don't know what else was said but if those speech logs sum up what happened, which I am sure they did, you were in the wrong and should be jailed and given a warning.

If you harassed other players you should have been jailed for that too. If you want to I can jail you for that now?

If you read the rules interfering with another player's roleplay is not allowed, another jail offence.

I do apologize if no staff said why you were jailed, or if they said you were jailed for something you were not. But as you said yourself, you knew why you were jailed so you could have just logged.

Yes I cut off the log, because the other stuff was basically the same thing, I'm NOT twisting anyone's words. I can post the log of Tech and Igor as well if that's what they want.

Now calm down! Go out for a walk or something, you will only make the situation worse if you keep posting shit and use the kind of language you are.
