Firstly I will say this, If the staff decide to censor this and delete this thread or even lock it. You will be proving my point. The only reason you have to lock and delete this thread is because you are afraid that the public opinnion is against you. If the staff truly believe in what they did, and believe they are at no fault, well then they should have nothing to fear. The public opinnion will be in favor of them , if they really arent guilty.
The gist of the story comes to this. I didnt agree that Ronald should have a Death Shroud, I thought his RP was garbage. Examples:
1. Ronald ganks Prototype at bridge, Phanatic a fellow vampire helps Prototype gank, he doesnt attack Ronald but he doesnt help him either. This disunity among Vampires does not help their RP.
So what then? I started to tell him the only reason he has a deathshroud was because of his affiliation with the staff. It is true, and you will see why, the staff proved my point. I began to swear at him after he made many smartass remarks with his RP. If his RP is to harass me, and call me stupid and tell me to go to occlo where 3 other vampires are waiting, and then say i suck, then his RP should not be endorsed. I called him a ******, and he said,, "no you are" Yes, a vampire just called me a fa goot. That is against his RP. I started trash talking, he KEPT on responding, he was feeling like shit because he knew that what I was saying was true. He used his RP to keep talking. Any other real rper would have just left and just stopped talking. Frankly Vampires do not talk much and this fu cker wouldnt shut up. So after this, I continued to tell him that he was only getting his shroud cuz of staff. I told him to " GET OFF OF TARAN'S NUTS" That remark WAS IN NO WAY AN ATTEMPT TO OFFEND TARAN. That remark was directly made to Ronald. It has nothing to do with saying any negative things about Taran. Anyways, thats not what Shade thought, and while invisible he jailed me. Posted on the forumns that I, badmouthed Taran and thats why I am jailed. And then he locked the thread so I COULDNT EVEN DEFEND MYSELF!
Whether someone is guilty or not, you cant just jail them, squelch them stone them and then log off. By the way I never saw Shade once during this entire situation he was invisible because he didnt want to be attributed for his wrong doings. He didnt even talk by his character, he talked through tiles and lamps, so it never said Shade was talking. I had no way at all to defend myself, all i know is that I was jailed. Then Shade or some GM that was invisible said that Technique was jailed for revealing a GMS character, he did no such thing, EVERYONE IN PITS CAN support this same with the logs. I cant go into details about this without actually exposing him, so i wont.
Anyways while I am in jail i message ronald and i tell him, u know that Shade jailed me for badmouthing taran. WHat does that mean? That means that i was offending taran, that i was trashing talking to taran, that i was making negative remarks about taran. THAT IS NOT TRUE AT ALL. TARAN WASNT EVEN THERE HOW CAN I BE INSULTING HIM AND BAD MOUTHING HIM? Shade's incompetence lies in the fact that he cant properly assess the situation, I WAS CLEARLY BAD MOUTHING RONALD ANYONE WITH SENSE COULD HAVE SEEN THIS!! WHy does shade say i was badmouthing Taran? TO MAKE ME LOOK GUILTY. TO FALSELY GATHER SUPPORT FROM PLAYERS AGAINST ME. Its a mere form of propoganda.
Imagine being jailed stoned and squelched and no one telling you why. Hate saw this and he did not interfere in shade's call but he was atleast man enough to tell me why I was jailed because he realizes that shade's execution of jailing was wrong. Hate came on the forumn and had an actual discussion with us, apparently on Shade's behalf. He basically tld us to mail taran so i did.
meanwhile ronald ingame, saw that i was jailed for badmouthing taran, and he even agreed that, this was a false accusation. I was not GUILTY OF BADMOUTHING TARAN. I was most likely guilty for BADMOUTHING RONALD. But If Shade said that, no one would care. Who is ronald who cares? Saying Taran sounds better. And then not giving me the right to talk makes his actions even worst.
Igor Cavalera, an ardent UO player votes for this shard. (the only person that I know too). He even goes as far as getting his gf and brothers to vote. He gets people to play by helping them. He also stimulates ganks. Technique does the same, he helps the shard greatly by posting on forumns, trading, pvping, ganking. Losing Technique and Igor will cause the player base to shut down. Even though you see 80 players on INX. not all of them are active or doing stuff on the game. The 20 players that are, are mostly Tecnique and prototype. Losing them will make the shard fail, I guaanteee this. Anyways banning us is not going to solve the problem. We werent even given a warning or anything when this all occured. Even to this point in time, a GM has not come to me in Jail, and has n ot told me what I did, and has not told me how long i am jailed for.
AFter jailed i didnt spam or anything, i didnt swear at any GM so I have no idea why i was squelched.
And after all of this, my point that ROnald was affiliated with the staff was proven in jail by the fact that I was jailed, any other people i harrassed wouldnt have been.
What I ask from other players?
Is to show how much you value Technique and Igor, and even if you dont like them, you have to admit that without them INX will lose important players.
Again staff, if you delete this, you are only showing the players HOW EMBARRASED YOU ARE OF YOUR DECISIONS. IF YOU TRULY THINK YOU ARE NOT AT FAULT. THEN WHY LOCK THE THREAD AND DELETE IT? GIVE PLAYERS THE RIGHT TO EXPRESS THEIR OPINIONS PUBLICLY. WHAT DOES IT MATTER TO YOU? IF WHAT YOU DID WAS GOOD?
