you can use commons for blacksmithy as well so it's not worth locking a character becuase you can still dig for adam/saphire/deamon/oceanic

Actualy, we do not use macro's for choppin', since afk resource gathering is forbidden.
Just turn up that Phil Collins music and get choppin! within a few hours youre done.
