Quote:I see how this can be tempting for newcomers, but doesn't the people that play there already have skills here? Is there a lot of people there that don't play our server?
Alot. Ive seen several people on other shard from Alias mortal/Xuo/a9, etc. Im sure they could play here, but just lazy to raise their skills and so on.
Quote:This is a crucial point, and I think you are right, but what I am wondering is, why? What is causing there to be less AFKers, cause if we knew, we could use that for ourselves.
Well, its just not a PvP server. So look, there are average 15 people online, 10 of them doesnt pvp, dont join tours(even autosupplied) So we got around 5 people online who could join tour or go gank, shard looks dead, if 1-2 of them will go afk then you can spend loads of time trying to find anyone and u wont. On XUO u made ownage coordinats system on status page, so even with 20-30 ppl online there was a feeling like shard got 70++ online. U couldnt feel safe anywhere but in pits/guarded area, and it was pretty cool, i know its impossible here, cos of people who doesnt pvp, but i just want to say then this shard cannot stay alive with less than 40++ ppl online.
Quote:This is agreed upon, but there always have to be a balance. Will be easier to live on INX when we fix the loot tables and the crafts.
To be honest, who's really working on loot atm? All the developers are inactive, Taran didnt reboot server and didnt post a changelog, so i bet there are no changes this week either.
Im not complaining, im just saying shard will die if it will go like this. Dont you think its a present day to send emails already? Cos i know you will say "we'r waiting for new server, we'r waiting for balance in loot" But we can wait forever and everyone will already find other place to play. Im not trying to say that our dev's or Taran are incompetent, cos i respect them very much, and i understand that they probably just doesnt have time to script everything. But then i dont see the point why we couldnt send emails already
