Bongminion wishes to purchase the first room in the building southeast from britain bank. The auction starts at 500k. If nobody else bids it will be sold to him for 500k. This is a guarded static so it will be public.

Apologies, I am at school right now and won't be back till this evening. It is the building directly south of the jeweler. It has four rooms. This auction is only for the room closest to the bank. If nobody expresses any interest soon, I will sell it to Bongminion on Saturday.

The static is being sold by the staff to bongminion, bongminion has bid 500k, he is not selling the static for 500k. I am.
If you wish to bid more than 500k you can.
