They dont remove you from the list, but a vote stone wouldnt do shit. Almost anyone vote for the benefit of the shard, yesterday i logged in Dimension Shard(the one that is number 1 or 2) and they have a vote stone with a 500gp reward and they have alot of votes a day. Or maybe a .vote command.

I also thought they removed you from the list if you bribed ppl to vote, maybe that only applies to some of the voting sites or else they changed it.

they used to ban you for bribery. Now i think they simply dont care anymore

They do remove a shard from the list if this happens and it's reported !
