The import char script was crashing the server, page ingame about it and someone will get in touch with you.

Yes it was diabled due to a bug, but it should be back up shortly. From what I've heard when speaking to Taran it should be re-enabled sometime soon after new years eve.

Try to "run around" and check out the shard while you wait for that. Perhaps be nostalgic and talk to old friends from previous shards, or just celebrate christmas and new years eve with your family and friends. The character transfer will be back up soon! : )
