I think we should put up a poll, or suggestion to the staff to not allow afk ma coring near or around a bank. They can macro in town, just not near the bank. This would ease up on lag BUT it would also, as explained before, make it much easier for new players to get answers at the hot-spot for advice/wares, Britain Bank. I personally would also like to enjoy a peaceful conversation without lagging and without watching guard spammed 50000 billion trillion times. (put that into your calculator and smoke it!)

/vote yes. Maybe tie it in with Silverwolfs idea of an extended Pits area. Maybe have all the devices for afk macroing in there like a bullfrog and a rat separated from each other and a heap of training dummies, and a few pickpocket dips. Kind of like a pre-world place. Anything really to ease the bank spam. I've come across quite a few people like myself who have started from 0 but just want to play and experience UO. And their first impressions are rather like mine. If you dont macro your f00ked. I think this should be sorted asap really. The best parts of UO are when you have nothing and you make stuff happen through hard work and determination. (OMG i sound like that dude from Full Metal JAcket) but its true. I was crap at normal realm UO which is why I gave up. Best shot is to let the 'experts' have their own private lounge (turkish steambath) to do what they will and keep the young from their influences.

Personally i think if you get killed anyway afk its your own fault and its the risk you take. No where should be safe from pk's unless you own your own house or are afk macroing in a guildhouse. If players are only able to gank you in town in groups and succeed i tip my hat to them and say good work. I'd like to see people afraid to afk macro at banks and in towns and eventually spread out, it would promote better trade in towns and not be so laggy.

Well we are the pink panthers... we kill afks at the bank... maily cos we get bored and we want some loot... if you dont like it deal with it... go find a new place to macro...
Also its not really rauting the system as you do go grim for it... it actually takes a fair bit of organisation... 2 to FS 1 to cut 1 to loot....

2? How much dmg do FS's do? I always thought the max was 40.

Not efficient in PvP at all. Slow cast delay, high mana intake and it deals the same damage as a Flame Strike Scroll.
Flame Strike Scroll: XUO
Mana Intake: 20 mana
HP intake: 24hp on d.click
Damage dealt: 46
Cast Delay: 2.1 seconds
This scroll will consume 24 of your health on dclick, so it is a risk however the low mana in take makes up for it greatly. However, it is possible to get away with its HP consumption by merely precasting. Cast a greater heal spell, and before it hits, double click the scroll. You can do the same with bandages.
Flame Strike Scroll: NOS
Mana Intake: 30 mana
Damage dealt: 46
Cast Delay: 2.1 seconds
This scroll will only take up 30 mana. It can be tactically fused with an XUO FS: It can be used as a nice ââ¬Åsilentââ¬Â fs that u can cast after using an XUO fs as no one will notice your hp fall. They will assume that ur XUO FS was a fake.

Gotcha gotcha. However with 2 FS that's still only 92 dmg done. Where's the other 8 dmg ?!?!?! Heh....
