sorry about now being the right forum, but its urgent
My GF for the first time EVER wants to play a game. I told her about how you could be a tailor and stuff and she wants to try it. but can we have 2 accounts from the same ip or?

No. And if it is from the same Ip address, that means the same computer. So why don't you just let her use your account and create her own character. Or you could get another cheap computer just for UO, then hook it up to a router box.

no it dosent mean from the same computer...
we have a router... but that dosent gives us more ip's heh only internal.
